Tereshchuk G. Conceptual principles of administrative and legal support for the implementation of the principle of transparency in the activities of public administration bodies of Ukraine.

The work is one of the first examples in Ukraine of a comprehensive study, which reveals the conceptual foundations of administrative and legal support for the implementation of the principle of transparency in the activities of public administration of Ukraine. As a result of the research, a number of conceptual conclusions have been formulated, which can be used for further development of the theory of domestic administrative and information law, as well as for improving the functioning of public administration bodies. It is determined that the forms of implementation of the principle of transparency in the activities of public administration bodies in practice are implemented through specific areas of implementation of the principle of transparency in the activities of public administration bodies. Areas of implementation of the principle of transparency are the consolidation at the legislative level of the right to information; development of electronic services; development of open data; providing information upon requests for information.
