Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the experimental and clinical substantiation of a new concept of treatment of chronic generalized periodontitis, II-III degree of severity by using regenerative techniques in complex treatment. For the first time on experimental models of periodontitis, the use of various forms of autoplasma (injection and plasmogel) has been scientifically substantiated. It was found that the combined use of plasmogel and hyaluronic acid stimulates bone metabolism. Experimental studies of surgical regenerative techniques showed a significant reduction in the healing time, the formation of similar tissue norms in the group with DAM + PRP + HA, in contrast to the comparison group, where healing occurred due to scar formation. On the basis of clinical studies, it has been proven that the use of conservative and surgical techniques for the regenerative treatment of generalized periodontitis of II-III severity leads to a decrease in the depth of periodontal pockets and the depth of recession, to the restoration of epithelial attachment. Based on the study of the effectiveness of the action of various autoplasma preparations, it was found that the most pronounced therapeutic effect is observed when plasmogel is used in combination with hyaluronic acid and i-PRF for supplemental therapy every 6 months.
