The purpose of the work is to solve the problem of influence of dynamic thermal characteristics and constructive decisions of enclosing constructions for the thermal regime of premises. The object of research is the control of the thermal regime of the premises. The subject of the research is the influence of dynamic thermal characteristics and constructive decisions of enclosing constructions for the thermal regime of premises. Research methods: standard methods of building physics, finite element method for solving problems of building physics, method of thermal imaging quality control of enclosing structures of buildings, methods of experimental studies of the temperature regime of enclosing structures. The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of correct assessment of the impact of dynamic thermal characteristics and construction solutions of a building envelope on thermal behavior of buildings. The research develops energy-saving constructive solutions of external envelope based on theoretical and full-scale investigations of their functional performance characteristics.
