Svitovyi O. Оrganizational and economic principles of value added formation in the grain products subcomplex AIC

The work identifies problems as well as argues and forms theoretical, methodological and organizational-economic provisions for the formation of value added in the grain products subcomplex of AIC. The methodology of scientific research of value added formation through the interrelation of theory and practice, principles, laws and methods of cognition has been improved. A strategy for value added management in the subcomplex has been developed, which allows obtaining maximum value added. The concept of intersectional approach to the formation of value added in the grain products subcomplex is proposed, as well as the conceptual foundations of state regulation of value added through strengthening vertical and horizontal integration, development of cooperation, creation of clusters. The determination of a model formatting the value of optimal value-added has been made, which takes into account influence of the main stimulating factors and optimizes sales of products of the grain product subcomplex with high value added for both, domestic and foreign markets. The paper also elaborates on the system of indicators to analyze value added and to estimate its structure.
