The author 's approach to the formation of the theory of innovation management of industrial enterprises is substantiated. A study of models of internationalization of innovative activities of industrial enterprises in the world market; the author's approach to the essence and principles of ensuring the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise in the world dimension on the basis of innovation is substantiated. Peculiarities of innovation activity management in the system of enterprise functioning under the conditions of European integration are investigated. The system properties of management of innovative activity of enterprises are revealed and analyzed. The rules and stages of the process of making innovative decisions at the level of an industrial enterprise are specified. The level and main tendencies of innovative activity of industrial enterprises of Poland and Ukraine in the conditions of European integration are analyzed and the efficiency of their innovative activity is evaluated. Factors of influence of European integration processes on innovative activity and innovative potential of industrial enterprises are investigated. The principles of strategy management of innovation activity are substantiated and the concept of management of innovation activity of the enterprise is formed. The scientific and methodological approach to the audit of innovations is substantiated. The model of audit of innovations at the enterprise is constructed, which provides definition of the index of innovative maturity of the enterprise, allocation of "intervention zones" (innovative business background, access strategies, organizational scheme, intellectual capital, material resources, management processes), estimation of innovative potential of the enterprise. The scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation of innovative activity of the enterprise is substantiated, which, in contrast to the existing ones, is based on the division of the total products of the innovation process into useful and final; appropriate distribution of costs of the innovation process; determining the performance index. Models of cooperation between science and business are substantiated and modeling of the mechanism of proactive management of innovative activity of the enterprise in the conditions of European integration is carried out. The marketing-logistic approach to management of innovative activity is formed and scientifically-applied bases of realization of the mechanism of proactive management of innovative activity of the enterprise on the principles of clustering are developed.
