Essay

The dissertation is the first in the domestic science of administrative law comprehensive research of administrative and legal support of enforcement of court decisions. According to the results of the analysis of normative-legal support of administrative-legal relations in the sphere of execution of court decisions in the hierarchical aspect four basic blocks of normative-legal acts regulating the specified legal relations are allocated: norms of the international legislation in the field of execution of court decisions; Constitution of Ukraine; laws of Ukraine, which provide for the system, structure and procedure of the judicial system, including the execution of court decisions and bylaws.
