Dumanska K. Strategization of industrial companies corporate management in globalization conditions.

The dissertation is devoted to the elaboration of theoretical foundations, scientific and methodological basis and practical-oriented principles of the scientific problem solution as strategizing of industrial companies’ corporate management in globalization conditions of economic processes. Main directions of international industrial cooperation in spheres of production, trade exchange and finance relations as forms of world economic integration and globalization of economic processes is systemized. The economic nature of globalization processes manifestation is revealed and grounded. The developed concept of the company's management system based on a system of consolidating principles is formed in the paper. This concept provides the selection of the most competitive strategic business unit for the further strategic development. The dissertation substantiates the expediency of forming a methodological approach to evaluation the success potential of company’s sustainable development and its introducing into practice of corporate management as one of the aspects of corporate management processes. Mechanism of industrial company strategizing management is improved and advantages of complex strategizing approach application in corporate management are proved. Systematic approach to the optimal size assessment of diversified company members is improved and estimation ability of segment transnational company in system of internal and external factors of economic environment influence is proved. The integrated approach to corporate management strategizing process modeling has been developed. This scientific approach contains mathematic and economical-mathematic models elaborated and practically applied in practice of machine-building companies’ corporate management. The essence of this approach is in providing companies with instruments of strategic abilities evaluation and making effective managerial decisions concerning strategize development in conditions of unstable economic environment. In the frame-work of integrated conceptual approach the model of company’s market behaviour, the model of management system set of strategic game theory, the model of multivariate selection of company’s successful strategic development direction with harmony situation evaluation on the basis of system entropy and model of making final managerial decision according the selected variant of strategic companies development is formulated. Practical value of obtained by the researcher results consists in company’s ensuring of strategic abilities evaluation instruments and taking effective managerial decisions concerning strategize development in conditions of emergent economic environment. Proposed scientific methodological and practical dissertation results were implemented into practice of industrial companies’ corporate management.
