Svistunov O. Theoretical and methodological principles of technological renewal management of innovation-oriented enterprises.

The scientific novelty of the results obtained in the dissertation is the conceptual solution and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles, guidelines and practical recommendations for managing technological renewal of machine-building enterprises on the basis of a systematic approach in the context of modern economic paradigm. It is substantiated that in the conditions of international hypercompetition and the need to ensure economic security due to accelerated economic growth, the need for high-quality technology renewal based on innovation, intellectualization, digitalization of the economy and expanding the scope of information systems and high-tech processes. According to the results of systematization of basic features of technologies and their content, the author found that in the process of evolution the essence of the category "technology" was filled with new economic content, which reproduces the nature of changes in the new stage of world economy and its dynamic impact on national systems. Today's technologies combine systematized knowledge, ideas, inventions with science, technology and production. Taking into account the research, the author supplemented the basic methodological principles of the industrial enterprises technological renewal. Innovation-oriented enterprises are considered as complex dynamic systems with a high level of innovation and different types of innovations. The criterion features of innovation-oriented enterprises in the context of their subject areas of operation are highlighted. The author considers methodological approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "technological renewal" of industrial enterprises and interpretation of its content, as well as the conceptual provisions proposed by scientists, which allowed to determine the conceptual principles of the industrial enterprises technological renewal in the context of solidarity information economy. The components of the organization and target direction of technological renewal are highlighted in the research. A scientific and methodological approach to modeling and evaluating communications based on the analysis of social networks (SNA) taking into account the intellectualization of socio-economic processes has been developed. The scientific and methodological approach to the use of economic and mathematical tools for the purposes of technological renewal of machine-building enterprises has been improved. The mechanism of management of technological updating of machine-building enterprises is constructed, on the basis of policy of technological updating and the complex approach in formation of information system that allows to provide achievement of the strategic purpose of the enterprise taking into account principles of strategic updating, tasks and criteria. A scientific and methodological approach to building a comprehensive information and communication system of the enterprise, based on the principles of adaptation of business processes to production and economic needs and provides increased use of investment and innovation support of machine-building enterprises based on the use of program-targeted development of enterprise specialists. Based on a systematic analysis of the functioning of enterprises in terms of intensification of scientific and technological progress and investment and innovation development, their impact on the most important areas of enterprises and developed scientific and methodological foundations of strategic areas of technological renewal of enterprises.
