Miliienko O. Theoretical and applied aspects of the application of administrative acts

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the available scientific and regulatory sources, the conceptual model of the application of administrative acts in the context of the implementation of European integration processes in Ukraine is substantiated, the problems of its normative consolidation and practical implementation are highlighted, and proposals are formulated to improve the current legislation in this area and the practice of its application.The historiographic and methodological foundations of the study of the application of administrative acts are determined. The characterization of public management relations as a sphere of application of administrative acts is carried out. The characterization of the system of public administration instruments is carried out and the place of administrative acts is determined in it.
