Hrechanyk N. System for the formation of culturological competence of future primary school teachers in professional training

In the dissertation the system of future teachers' of elementary school culturological competence forming in the process of professional training is carried out and its complex decision is offered. In the process of scientific research the elaboration of the researched problem in the domestic theory and practice of higher educational establishments is characterized, the essence and structure of the studied competence are substantiated, criteria, indicators and levels of its formation are defined, the foreign experience of its formation is analyzed. The concept, system is developed and its structural and functional model is created. The peculiarities of creating a culturally oriented environment as an integrated segment of the system, functioning through the implementation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for forming of the studied competence, are substantiated. Methodical support of this process is defined and developed. The results of experimental implementation of the system of future teachers' of elementary school culturological competence forming in the process of professional training are analyzed and the prospects of their professional training on the basis of culturology are determined.
