The theoretical-methodological and conceptual provisions for the enterprises' international production cooperation mechanism formation have been given in the dissertation. The generalization of world economic system formation and development patterns has been carried out. The characteristics of modern global contradictions in the world economic system development have been presented through origin areas and content. The influence of the international production cooperation development processes on solving the global problems and contradictions have been established. It is proved that international production cooperation is an objectively existing phenomenon that allows economic agents, from individual enterprises to sectoral integrated structures and national economies, to gain additional benefits in the global market due to the synergy, emergence, and complementarity of their activity systems. The enterprises' international production cooperation mechanism essence and components have been determined. Theoretical and methodological principles of enterprises' international production cooperation mechanism formation and development have been substantiated. The approach and conceptual framework for managing the international industrial cooperation development have been offered. They are based on the enterprises' economic potential strengthening through international industrial cooperation networks participating and global value chain formation. Such participation ensures a proactive response to the opportunities, risks, and threats associated with the globalization deployment. The enterprises' international production cooperation mechanism structural construction has been determined, and its elements interaction peculiarities have been considered. It has been proved that the joint value production and this value consolidated promotion through its life cycle are the basis for the international production cooperation mechanism formation. The identification and determination of the relationship between the cooperation projects main areas and the production network deployment process have been used as a base for the methodological basis description. The factors composition has been established, and the development preconditions of the domestic enterprises' relations within the international production-cooperation have been revealed. The existence of a significant potential for the business cooperation and partnership development of domestic business entities with the European economic space business sphere has been proved. A scientific and methodological approach to assessing the international production cooperation infrastructural potential at the regional level has been developed. The conceptual basis substantiation of a tool maintenance choice and the organizational forms use of the international industrial cooperation projects state support has been given. Scientific and methodical bases of the enterprises' international industrial cooperation formation strategy have been developed. The research hypothesis has been reduced to a large number of strategies perception that is different for a different person of interests points of view but should be implemented simultaneously at the different levels of the international hierarchically-distributed cooperation system. The enterprises' international industrial cooperation strategy development has been improved through the requirements management technic implementation. Institutional support for the international production cooperation mechanism work has been formed by offering the matrix «hierarchy of cooperation level – the mechanism elements». The logic of strategic process realization in the international cluster-network structures has been covered. The cooperation component allocation in the functional strategies system has been considered as a part of international production cooperation network development. The instrumental set to support the enterprises' international competitiveness has received further development. The technology of international production cooperation network synthesis has been improved. The methodical approach to the international industrial cooperation network logistic management organization has been substantiated. Recommendations for improving the logistical monitoring and control procedure in the enterprise's international production cooperation's management mechanism have been developed.
