Pishchenko O. Strategy for ensuring ecological and economic security of the agrarian sector of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical-methodological and methodical bases of ecological-economic safety of agrarian sector and development of strategy of its maintenance for formation of necessary bases of transition to ecologically oriented economy. The study of ecological and economic safety is carried out on the basis of generalization of theoretical approaches to the interpretation of its content. The essence of ecological and economic security is revealed and its significance for the development of the national economy is determined. Ecological and economic security of the agricultural sector was presented as an open system with its causal links and patterns of development. Conceptual basis of strategic management to ensure environmental and economic security of the agricultural sector of the economy. formed. The methodological approaches to the study of ecological and economic safety of the agricultural sector are substantiated. Conditions for the implementation of environmental and economic security goals are defined and its parameters are highlighted from the standpoint of system-network approach. The network for ensuring the environmental and economic security of the agricultural sector is presented as a comprehensive set of its subjects. Geoinformation technologies are proposed to be used for spatial and temporal assessment of the agricultural sector.
