Khovpun O. Administrative and Legal Provision of Pharmacia in Ukraine.

The dissertation is focused on the comprehensive research of administrative and legal provision of pharmacia in Ukraine. The author has carried out analysis of the genesis of administrative and legal provision of pharmacia and has distinguished its stages. The essence and significance of the methodology of administrative and legal provision of pharmacia have been determined. The emphasis has been placed on the need to use hermeneutic and axiological methods. The author has defined the purpose, tasks and principles of public management of pharmacia. Legal and non-legal forms of administrative and legal provision of pharmaceutical activity have been studied. It has been offered to develop and adopt the Pharmaceutical Code of Ukraine. The author has analyzed the methods of administrative and legal provision of pharmacia (imperative and dispositive), in particular the method of digitalization.
