Bahi N. Theoretico-methodological principles of the development of agrarian legislation of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration.

The thesis defines the concept of the theory of agrarian legislation, which is viewed as a system of ideas, theories and concepts regarding the origin, development and directions of improving the system of regulations of agrarian legislation of Ukraine; The author names two periods of the development of agrarian legislation: I – from the late 1960s to the early 1990s – the period of formation and development of agrarian legislation of the USSR and the Ukrainian SSR; ІІ – from the beginning of the 1990s – till now – the period of development of the agrarian legislation of Ukraine. Within the framework of the second period two stages are allocated: 1) 1991 – 2003 – a stage of amendment of the agrarian legislation of Ukraine; 2) 2004 – till now – the stage of adaptation of the agrarian legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union.
