Melnychuk O. State-church relations (administrative-legal aspect)

The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of administrative-legal aspects of the development and implementation of state-church relations. Based on the analysis of scientific resources and resources of the national legislation, it is concluded that under the conditions of the integration of European countries, globalization of cultures and economics of different countries, the model of autonomy of state and church, where the church is an institute of civil society, is a single model of state-church relations which will not have a shattering impact on the national cultures and, at the same time, will guarantee the human right to freedom of religion.
