Essay

The results of studies of the functional state of skeletal-muscle tissue are presented, the effect of complex therapy and rehabilitation on osteosarcopenia in postmenopause obtained by ultrasonic osteodensitometry, X-ray densitometry, functional tests, registration and processing of the biosignals “Insight TM” and biochemical markers of bone metabolism in 591 patients with osteosarcopenia under the influence of vitamin D metabolites treatment, osteotropic therapy, exercise therapy, multifunctional complex “Huber” with a biologically reverse relation. The peculiarities of structural and functional changes in skeletal-muscle tissue under osteosarcopenia in postmenopausal women working under the influence of harmful factors of production are investigated. The clinical and functional relationships between bone remodeling indicators, mineral bone density, ultrasound parameters of the state of skeletal and muscle tissue, indicators of the functional state of the bone and muscular system, body weight index, working experience in women workers with postmenopausal osteosarcopenia working under the influence of harmful factors of the production. The method of non-invasive differentiated diagnosis of osteomalacia and osteoporosis by the mathematical modeling is developed: an ability to predict the value of the morphological indicator “High functional activity of the bone tissue cells nuclei” with osteomalacia due to the available laboratory parameters, and according to X-ray densitometry. For the first time, the peculiarities of bone remodeling (osteoprotegerin, parathyroid hormone, 25-hydroxyvitamine D, osteocalcin and 1st type collagen C-telopeptide) are investigated in postmenopausal osteosarcopenia working under the influence of harmful factors of the production. The rehabilitation complex, which consists of a differentiated approach to the choice of individual physical exercises on the multifunctional apparatus “Huber” with a biologically reverse relation and aimed at restoring the postural balance at osteosarcopenia in postmenopause. The methods of the system analysis are used to evaluate the effectiveness of complex therapy and rehabilitation of osteosarcopenia in postmenopause. The use of the hierarchy analysis method allowed to determine the coefficients of the importance of the made criteria from the point of view of the traumatologist and the rehabilitation therapist and the most important, the significance coefficients of the developed criteria taking into account the requirements of two experts at the same time.
