Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical, methodological and applied foundations of the formation of a system of inclusive development in Ukraine and the development of a conceptual model for transforming agro-food holdings into drivers of creating an inclusion of public welfare. The goals of agro-food inclusive development are systematized and scientific provisions on the current state and assessment of the resource potential of inclusive development are summarized. The article presents a methodology for diagnosing the inclusiveness of agro-food holdings based on the calculation of a complex indicator. The key factors for overcoming the heterogeneity of the institutional environment of agro-food holdings have been identified and substantiated. The institutional factors of the formation of social inclusion are presented and the institutional matrix of the inclusive environment is proposed.
