The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of competitive strategies for managing the logistics activities of agricultural enterprises. The study presents the essential characteristics of the category «management of logistics activities of the enterprise», which in contrast to existing definitions is considered as a process subject to specific goals, systematically implemented in a logical sequence, carried out at operational, tactical and strategic levels, and involves planning, organization , sales and movement control. The process of strategic management of logistics activities of a business entity, focused on obtaining an additional effect through the implementation of a certain sequence of actions, where at the initial stage is the assessment of the prerequisites for development and the final process of control of logistics strategy. The system of measures for adaptation of world experience of management of logistic activity of agrarian enterprises taking into account modern tendencies of development of scientific and technical progress, use of modern vehicles in combination with logistic planning of routes of delivery of agricultural products, systems of a single entrance (SSO), principles of the analysis of dangers at critical points in accordance with the requirements of HASSP 22000. Theoretical and methodological principles of building a model of integrated logistics system in agribusiness, by allocating material, information, financial and personnel flows as objects of agro-logistics management, to determine the main trajectories of their movement, building systems of interconnections. connections between them and reducing delivery times and transportation costs.
