The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of competitive strategies for managing the logistics activities of agricultural enterprises. The study presents the essential characteristics of the category «management of logistics activities of the enterprise», which in contrast to existing definitions is considered as a process subject to specific goals, systematically implemented in a logical sequence, carried out at operational, tactical and strategic levels, and involves planning, organization , sales and movement control. The process of strategic management of logistics activities of a business entity, focused on obtaining an additional effect through the implementation of a certain sequence of actions, where at the initial stage is the assessment of the prerequisites for development and the final process of control of logistics strategy. The system of measures for adaptation of world experience of management of logistic activity of agrarian enterprises taking into account modern tendencies of development of scientific and technical progress, use of modern vehicles in combination with logistic planning of routes of delivery of agricultural products, systems of a single entrance (SSO), principles of the analysis of dangers at critical points in accordance with the requirements of HASSP 22000. Theoretical and methodological principles of building a model of integrated logistics system in agribusiness, by allocating material, information, financial and personnel flows as objects of agro-logistics management, to determine the main trajectories of their movement, building systems of interconnections. connections between them and reducing delivery times and transportation costs. The identification of basic problems and reservations hindering the development of logistics activities in the agro-industrial sector, which include uncertainty in the organization of systemic logistics, imperfect legal regulation of supply systems, imperfect taxation system, comprehensive solution of which will ensure progressive development and additional effect. The conditions for the efficiency of sales activities of agricultural enterprises and the leveling of functional inconsistencies through the integration of logistics systems are substantiated. A conceptual model of strategic management of logistics activities of agribusiness enterprises is proposed, which provides for determining the degree of integration of agribusiness enterprises with the main groups of stakeholders (suppliers, customers, intermediaries) according to the relevant criteria based on preliminary analysis, modeling scenarios to study their impact on alternative forms. logistics management strategies and leads to a synergistic effect. A scheme for evaluating the effectiveness of logistics activities of agricultural enterprises, based on four groups of indicators - financial, marketing, management and logistics, the comprehensive application of which allows a general assessment of the state and trends of logistics activities, taking into account the specifics of the agricultural sector. Theoretical and methodological approach to building an organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural enterprise management based on the use of innovative technologies of personnel flow management, based on the integration of logistics and motivational systems, synergistic interaction which allows to obtain additional competitive advantages and increase efficiency.
