The thesis is devoted to deepening of theoretical positions concerning modernization of the enterprises in infrastructural sphere, substantiation of methodological bases and practical recommendations concerning formation and implementation of imperatives of modernization of the enterprises in the conditions of economic systems’ innovative development.
The conceptual and categorical apparatus of the modernization economic systems theory and the definitive content of the modernization processes of enterprises due to further development of the certain concepts essence, including: “modernization of the enterprise”, “modernization of infrastructure enterprises”, “modernization potential”, “imperatives of modernization”, “innovation-cognitive paradigm”. The study of the genesis of the development of the modernization theory and the need to outline the interactions and priorities allowed us to distinguish the classification features of modernization of enterprises by objectivity, nature and direction of influences. The concept of strategic management of modernization of the enterprise in the conditions of innovation and digital transformation, based on the principles of resource efficiency, intellectualization and institutional infrastructure of the economy, is substantiated. Motivators and catalysts of modernization of enterprises, which is determined by innovative development, are singled out. The basic theoretical and methodological principles of the innovative-cognitive paradigm of modernization of infrastructure enterprises are formulated. On the basis of research of laws and factors of modernization innovative-forming and cognitive are allocated in classification of principles of modernization of infrastructural enterprises. Cognitive principles of modernization are grouped into motivational, corporate, holistic, knowledge-competence and socio-cultural. A methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of modernization of enterprises by adjusting the cost parameters of the effectiveness of modernization is proposed. The profile of modernization potential is constructed and the vector of its realization in a spiral of modernization of the enterprise is outlined. A model of factor analysis of the impact of modernization on the competitiveness of the enterprise is developed, which investigates the integrated parameters of speed, stability and space of modernization changes. The formulated model of the spiral space of modernization reflects the sectoral nature of the planes of modernization, the duration of stages and the objectivity of influences, as well as characterizes the resource-intensive, priority and effectiveness of the modernization process. The mechanism of management of modernization process which includes subsystems of maintenance of strategicity, innovation, competence is offered.The mechanism of activation of modernization potential of infrastructure enterprises on the basis of the concept of strategic management is formed. A methodical approach to the choice of strategic priorities and exclusive investment and innovation modernization strategies has been formed. The system of socio-economic imperatives of modernization of infrastructure enterprises is substantiated, which includes imperatives of resource efficiency, security and intellectualization, institutionalization, integration, competitiveness, innovation, strategicity and corporatization. There are three levels of formation of imperatives: basic and unconditional; developmental result. It is established that the main motivators for the implementation of European experience in regulating the modernization of infrastructure enterprises are the implementation of joint infrastructure projects. The vector realization of the innovation-cognitive paradigm in the implementation of the imperatives of modernization of infrastructure enterprises is substantiated.
