The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the theory and practice of resolving disputes by the administrative courts of Ukraine on legal relations related to the election process or the referendum process. The paper describes the source base of the study in the field of dispute resolution regarding legal relations related to the election process or the referendum process; the author's methodology of research of the questions of the decision of disputes concerning the legal relations connected with electoral process or referendum process is developed; characterized the principles of administrative proceedings as the basis for the legal settlement of disputes over legal relations related to the election process or referendum process. An analysis of the genesis and dynamics of the procedural form of resolving disputes over legal relations related to the electoral process or referendum process. Topical issues of determining the structure of the judicial administrative process are considered. The legal capacity of the subjects of resolving disputes concerning legal relations related to the election or referendum process is analyzed. The general theoretical description of disputes in the field of legal relations related to the election process or referendum process is given. The essence and content of the conflict of legal relations related to the electoral process or the referendum process as a condition for disputes in this area have been clarified. The subject matter of disputes related to the election or referendum process has been identified. The paper focuses on the study of foreign experience in resolving disputes related to the election or referendum process and its implementation in Ukraine. The possibility of building a new model for resolving disputes in the field of legal relations related to the election or referendum process in the context of international judicial standards has been clarified.
