The thesis goal is developing conceptual, theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation and use of urgent tools for crisis management of enterprises in the context of Euro-Atlantic integration. Research methods: system, grouping and systematization, taxonomic method, method of expert assessments, method of analysis of hierarchies, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, simulation modeling, modeling, structural and logical analysis, morphological analysis, graphical method. The concept of formation and use of urgent tools for crisis management of enterprises in the context of Euro-Atlantic integration, the model of application of investment urgent tools for crisis management of enterprises, the model of management support for the use of innovative urgent tools for crisis management of enterprises has been developed for the first time. The method of identification of urgent tools for crisis management, the mechanism of management of the development of investment attractiveness of enterprises on the basis of the implementation of investment measures for crisis management, the method of diagnosing organizational changes in the company's activities in the conditions of crisis management, the poly-level model of formation and use of customs urgent tools in the process of export-import activities of enterprises, the method of choosing a territorial customs body for customs clearance of export and import products in the conditions of crisis management has been improved.
