Purpose: theoretical-and-methodological substantiation of economic bases and development of conceptual approaches to the management of innovative projects of agricultural enterprises. Object: economic processes of management of innovative projects of agricultural enterprises. Methods of research: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, content-analysis, bibliometric, graphical analysis and visualization methods, method of constructing concepts and categories, abstract-logical, monographic, historical-retrospective, economic-statistical, computational-constructive, grouping, correlation and regression analysis, econometric modeling, mathematical alignment of time series, cluster analysis, surveys, expert assessments, graphical and cartographic. Theoretical results: the terminological basis of development of the theory of management of innovative projects was formed; the modern economic paradigm of management of innovative projects of the agricultural enterprises was developed; conceptualization of paradigmatic shifts in this management was carried out. Practical results: the scientific-and-methodical bases of development and implementation of the business plan of the innovative agricultural project and an estimation of its economic efficiency were developed; proposals for enhancing the activities of agricultural enterprises with a low level of readiness to implement and manage innovative projects, financial, institutional and personnel support for the management of innovative projects of these enterprises were developed. Scientific novelty: the holistic economic paradigm of management of innovative projects of agricultural enterprises was developed; the concept of “economic management of innovative projects of agricultural enterprises” was introduced into scientific circulation, its definition was formulated from the standpoint of activity, process and functional approaches; the concept of “Readiness of agricultural enterprises to implement and manage innovative projects” was introduced into scientific circulation, its essence and structure were determined, on the basis of which the methodological bases for assessing this readiness were developed and tested; the project of the concept for the development of management of innovative projects in agrarian sector of economy was developed.
