Essay

The dissertation offers a solution to the scientific problem of training future physical culture and sports (PhC&S) specialists to use innovative types of physical activity in professional activities. The first section describes: the state of development of the problem of training future specialists in physical culture and sports to use innovative types of motor activity in scientific and pedagogical research; research thesaurus; essence and structure of the concept "readiness of future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activity". Innovative types of physical activity are defined as those types of physical activity that are formed in certain centers (youth trends, national games / entertainment, historically formed in a certain area or under the influence of a certain culture, etc.) and are just beginning to spread in the world and have fundamental differences from common types of physical activity (gymnastics, swimming, sports games of the Olympic Committee, etc.). The author includes innovative types of motor activity: workout, zumba, dance mix, wellness mix, aerobics, step-aerobics, double-step, spinbike-aerobics, body combat, body pump, fit ball, stretching, jumping, fly-fitness, slide-aerobics, cango jump, body flex, Pilates, etc. types), which are based on gymnastic exercises, but have fundamental differences from classical gymnastics. The author also includes various types of animation activities, means of art pedagogy, plastic-rhythmic, anti-stress plastic, rhythmic gymnastics, dance-rhythmic and plot-role rhythmic gymnastics, "rhythmic-motor health-improving physical culture", dance-game exercises. Body ballet exercise systems, theaters of physical education, sports, movements, pantomime, spontaneous dance, aesthetic therapy, etc.). Based on the analysis of approaches to the definition of "readiness" in the scientific and pedagogical literature, the author provides an author's interpretation of the new concept "readiness of future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activities": it is a complex personal formation motor activity in the professional activity of PhC&S specialists, specialized knowledge about innovations in the field of PhC&S in general and innovative types of motor activity, ability (motor and methodical) to demonstrate them and teach others to perform step by step, as well as the desire for self-development and reflection on their implementation / use / promotion in their own professional activities. The non-triviality of the concept of "readiness of future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activities" necessitated the description of its content, to which the author includes five components: motivational; epistemological; praxeological; methodical; personal. Guided by the results of the analysis of scientific and pedagogical sources, the author chooses the traditional scale of levels of readiness of future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activities (high, medium, low), which is relevant to the specific object (readiness to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activity). The pedagogical experiment took place in three stages (ascertaining, formative and experimental-generalizing). The author notes that the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment took place with the involvement of future bachelors (540 people) and masters (257 people) specialty 017 "Physical Culture and Sports" of various free educational institutions of Ukraine. The author testifies that at the end of the experiment he conducted a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results. Quantitative and graphical analysis of the results was accompanied by statistical methods (Student's and Pearson's methods) and confirmed at the level of significance 0.05 the effectiveness of the developed organizational and pedagogical system of training future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activities. The author classifies and statistically processes experimental indicators, evaluates the effectiveness of the model of organizational and pedagogical system of training future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activities, formulates the main conclusions and recommendations for implementing the results of pedagogical experiment in higher education.
