The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological provisions for managing the development of business systems in a global environment and practical tools for their implementation.
The concept of managing the development of business systems was formed, the main idea of which is to present the essence of business systems development management as a purposeful influence on the processes associated with qualitative change of business systems to ensure the transition from existing to metastate, characterized by dynamic balance, despite the changes. This concept allows identifying the characteristics of change, to develop basic and methodological provisions, methodological support and strategic tools for managing the development of business systems.
The modern categorical apparatus of the subject branch of business systems development is substantiated. The study of the content of the conceptual and categorical apparatus contributed to the formation of the relationship between the concepts through the logical sequence of management actions to form the desired state of the business system: the current state – purpose – development management – methodological support and strategic tools – metastate of business systems.
The results of the analysis of the development of international and domestic business systems have shown that in today's conditions, positive development trends have companies focused on technological change, competitive position, opportunities to enter new markets and more. It is determined that each business system has its own institutional environment that ensures economic growth and supports the stability of development.
It is substantiated that in the process of choosing the trajectory of development and model of economic behavior of business systems, the interaction of global and local business environment should be taken into account. It is established that the economic behavior of domestic business systems in a global environment depends on the following parameters: location, size, opportunities for foreign economic activity, level of competition, consumers, financial stability, and business profile.
Based on the analysis of trends in business systems, formed a methodical approach to identifying the causal links of factors changing trends in business systems. The methodical approach to estimating the parameters of the state of business systems, which involves determining the nature of the impact of parameters, the formation of indicators for assessing the state of business systems, determining methods for assessing them, the formation of information support for their identification is proposed.
The model of identification of problem in management of development of business systems with definition of classes of development is offered: absolutely steady, normal, unstable, crisis and extreme crisis or catastrophic. The methodical approach to assessing the development of business systems through the identification of causal relationships of factors changing the trend of business systems, based on a comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of international and domestic business systems is substantiated. Based on the results of assessing the development of business systems and identification of their problems, a scientific and methodological approach to the formation of intelligent technology for managing the development of business systems based on the use of artificial neural networks is offered.
Based on the results of the study of the concept of strategic management and the essence of the concept of "mechanism" in the dissertation formed a mechanism for forming a system of strategic management of business systems. The generalization of theoretical principles and experience of international and domestic business systems allowed to determine the methodological approach to the development and implementation of business management strategy, based on the formed structural and logical model of stable development of business systems, which allowed to identify stages of development and implementation of development strategy and propose an integrated metastate indicator of business systems, which gave the opportunity to develop practical recommendations for managing the development of business systems in a global environment. It is proposed to apply an appropriate business systems development strategy for each type of development. The generalization of the obtained results allowed to formulate recommendations for the formation of organizational development strategy in the context of changes in the global environment and to develop practical recommendations for the implementation of development management tools for business systems of Ukraine.
