Kuchmieiev O. Formation of economic security of wholesale trade enterprises (based on materials of leading distributors in the auto parts market in Ukraine).

The dissertation solves a scientific problem, which consists in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the formation of economic security of wholesale enterprises. The results of the author's research consist in the systematization of approaches to understanding the essence of the economic security of enterprises, substantiating the importance of the formation and comprehensive provision of the economic security of wholesale enterprises, developing its structure with adaptation to the specifics of the activities of domestic wholesale enterprises and taking into account the influence of various factors. It is proposed to understand the latter as the challenges, risks, threats and dangers that arise in the internal and external environment. In this case, "challenges" should be understood as a set of circumstances, not necessarily a negative impact, to which it is necessary to respond, because if they are ignored, they can cause positive or negative consequences for wholesalers; "threats" - the influence of the external environment, its subjects or internal elements of the system, which can lead to potential losses; under "risks" - in connection with the actualization of the threat of occurrence in each of the spheres of activity of the enterprise subjective and / or objective events that could lead to positive or negative consequences for him and cause deviations from the planned parameters
