Mazuryk R. Administrative and legal basis of the organization and activities of the regional prosecutor’s office

Thesis provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine on the basis of the analysis of doctrinal and normative sources of the administrative and legal foundations of the organization and activities of the regional prosecutor’s office. The methodology for the study of the administrative and legal foundations of the organization and activities of the regional prosecutor’s office was established, in particular, it was substantiated that the scientific analysis of topical problems of the functioning of regional prosecutor’s offices should be carried out using a systemic combination of philosophical, general scientific and special legal methods, subject to the principles of objectivity and historicism, as well as generally accepted scientific approaches: dogmatic, historical and legal, anthropological, instrumental, axiological, synergetic.
