Mulska O. Mechanisms for managing migration processes in the system of state regulation of the national economy development

Object: management of migration processes in the system of state regulation of the national economy. Purpose substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of applied recommendations for the formation and implementation of mechanisms for managing migration processes in the system of state regulation of the national economy. Methods: theoretical and logical generalization, system approach, structural-logical and semantic analysis, grouping, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, integrated evaluation, cluster, economic-mathematical, sociological survey, strategic management. It is offered: theoretical and methodological provisions of the new theory of causality of migration, its regulation and socio-economic consequences are formed; developed a scientific and methodological approach to assessing the dependence of the national economy on migration processes in the projection of two streams; the concept of state regulation of business migration with identification of systemic threats (migration of capital, finance, employment), critical transformations and economic consequences is substantiated; the conceptual approach to the identification and approval of the essential-typological characteristics of migration processes has been improved.
