Essay

The theoretical and conceptual basis of scientific, technical and sustainable development is revealed; the causes and genesis of the emergence of concepts of sustainable development are studied; the reasons, driving elements and laws of movement, transformation, development and progress are analysed; the human-centric paradigm and aberrations of sustainable development are substantiated; the key innovative resource of sustainable development is determined; as well as the dominant economic growth and development. Filling the neoclassical paradigm with an institutional content, allowed the idea of both exogenous and endogenous nature of economic growth and as a result, there was proposed an optimal innovation model – five-node synergy, which takes into account the whole set of interactions between economic agents, determining the optimal trajectory of overall sustainable economic growth and development. The economic essence and nature of intellectual capital, as well as its place in the system of society’s productive forces were studied. The intellectual theory of value was substantiated and formalized based on the postulates that: intellectual capital is the dominant for the value of goods in modern science-intensive type of production, the source of the added value of innovative products, as well as most of the goods and services that are sold using it. In addition, the interpretation of the economic categories "value", " worth" and "price" is clarified. A new economic structure of value is proposed. The concept of intellectual economy as the newest economic system is substantiated on the grounds, that the main value-forming productive factor of this system is an intellectual capital. New economy is mediated by intellectual and technological transformations of productive forces and economic agents, patterns of their interaction, exchange and commodity-money relations, forming a new sixth technical and technological paradigm.
