Shkurenko O. Management of logistical provision of development of innovative cooperation in the conditions of circular economy

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological, conceptual, and applied statements for the management of logistical provision for the development of innovative cooperation in the conditions of circular economy. The theoretical provisions of the circular economy as an objective basis for the functioning of the socio-economic environment are generalized; scientific and philosophical views and tendencies in the conditions of evolution of the intellectual environment are analysed; the comprehensive theoretical and methodological concept of modifying the decomposition structure and contour of the research is formed, the historical-retrospective aspect of the research problems is generalized. The methodological basis and patterns of development of innovative cooperation because of selective combination of scientific postulates and hypotheses are formed.Innovative cooperation is considered as a consolidated platform for modernization of the national economy based on knowledge economy.An integrated logistics management mechanism has been developed to ensure the development of innovation cooperation under the conditions of deterministic influence of the circular economy; strategy of logistical provision of development of innovative cooperation in the conditions of creation of a paradigm of economy of the closed cycle; scientific and practical aspects of generating managerial influences on activation of cumulative effects of logistical provision of development of innovative cooperation in the conditions of circular economy; the concept of management of logistical provision of development of innovative cooperation in the conditions of circular economy which is a scientific and practical basis of key indicators of the state policy of supporting the circular economy on the basis of reverse logistics in the perspective of sustainable functioning of the national socio-economic system. The result of the study is a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological postulates of logistics management of innovative cooperation in the conditions of circular economy, development of practical recommendations, conceptual and theoretical approaches to the formation of comprehensive tools for implementing proposed areas.
