The dissertation is devoted to the research of the doctrine of social protection of employees of the judicial system of Ukraine. The definition of the concept of social protection of employees of the judicial system of Ukraine is given and its features are defined. The advantages and disadvantages of the current state of legal regulation of social protection of employees of the judicial system of Ukraine are highlighted. The types of tasks and functions of legal regulation of social protection of employees of the judicial system are characterized. The system of principles and guarantees of legal regulation of social protection of employees of the judicial system is outlined. The mechanism of national legal regulation of social protection of judicial system employees is studied. The mechanism of international legal regulation of social protection of employees of the judicial system and its constituent elements are revealed. The types of legal regulation of relations in the field of social protection of employees of the judicial system are determined. Theoretical problems of legal regulation of social protection of employees of the judicial system are clarified. The analysis of practical problems of legal regulation of social protection of employees of judicial system is carried out. The tendencies of further development of the doctrine of social protection of employees of the judicial system are established. The concept of optimization of the doctrine of social protection of employees of the judicial system is formed. The positive foreign experience of social protection of judicial system employees is studied and the directions of its borrowing to Ukraine are determined.
