In the dissertation, at the monographic level, theoretical and practical problems of forensic support for overcoming the counteraction to the pre-trial investigation are researched. Using scientific analysis, the genesis of understanding the forensic support of overcoming the counteraction to the pre-trial investigation as a concept of scientific theory has been researched, the implementation of which was carried out by extrapolating the information highlighted in five periods of theory formation of overcoming the counteraction to the pre-trial investigation.
