Kulakovska T. Theoretical and methodological principles of countercyclical regulation of national economy agro-food sector development

Object– the process of countercyclical regulation mechanisms formation of the agri-food sector development of the economy; the goal is to substantiate and develop theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and practical recommendations for countercyclical regulation of the national economy agri-food sector development based on temporality; methods – morphological analysis, abstraction and logical thinking, statistical and economic analysis, graphic analysis, system analysis and synthesis, modeling method, method of correlation-regression modeling, method of functional-cost analysis, monographic and review-analytical method, simulation, expert methods; novelty lies in the substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological foundations, applied recommendations for countercyclical regulation of the economy agri-food sector development based on temporality; theoretical and practical results, the degree of implementation– research results, conclusions and recommendations are approved, tested and used in the system of state and regional management and practical activities of enterprises in the agri-food sector, in particular: State Enterprise "Horse breeding of Ukraine" "Dnepropetrovsk stud farm No. 65" (Act of implementation from 15.05.2018), LLC Institute of Regional Information (Reference No. 8/1 dated 19.11.2020), Kherson Regional Council (Reference No. 01-29-230-86 / 351 dated 28.01.2020), Department of Agroindustrial Development of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration (Act No. 66/03/06/04/27/11 of 03/05/2020), Department of Agrarian Policy, Food and Land Relations of the Odessa Regional State Administration (Certificate No. 01.01-18 / 328 of 18.03 .2021). Theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for diagnostics, forecasting and planning of the development of the agri-food sector (enterprises, their associations) under the influence of state countercyclical regulation were used in the educational process of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies (Implementation Act of November 29, 2019).
