Shapurov O. Formation of an innovative mechanism of providing of sustainable development of industrial enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to solving a topical scientific problem of developing theoretical and methodological foundations, conceptual principles and methodological approaches to the formation of an innovative mechanism for sustainable development of industrial enterprises. The content of the definitions that form the categorical and conceptual apparatus of the study of the formation of an innovative mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of industrial enterprises is substantiated. The essence of the concept of «innovative mechanism for sustainable development of industrial enterprises» is clarified and developed. The structural and logical model of innovative mechanism of maintenance of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise and algorithm of dynamic formation of subsystems of an innovative mechanism of maintenance of sustainable development of industrial enterprise is developed. The complementary approach to the formation of an innovative mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise is scientifically substantiated. Conceptual provisions of formation of innovative mechanism of maintenance of sustainable development of industrial enterprises are offered. A structural and dynamic model for ensuring sustainable development of industrial enterprises is developed. The methodological approach to the formation of the total potential of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise as an integral part of the innovative mechanism for sustainable development is substantiated. Multidimensional monitoring of the state of the machine-building and metallurgical industry of Ukraine is carried out and systemic negative tendencies of functioning are singled out. A descriptive model of intersectoral interaction of industrial enterprises is developed, which is an integral part of the innovative mechanism for ensuring sustainable development of industrial enterprises. The main stages of mechanism of practical implementation of the descriptive model of intersectoral interaction are clarified. The processes of identification of results of comparative analysis of activity of large industrial enterprises, which strengthen the informational and analytical support of the efficiency of functioning of the innovative mechanism of sustainable development of industrial enterprise, are substantiated. The system degradation and destruction of economic processes that ensure sustainable development are proved on the basis of analytical tools. Methodical tools for the formation of a sustainable sector of the intersectoral added value chain of industrial enterprises are developed. The three-level system of intersectoral added value chain is substantiated. A system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the process of intersectoral interaction is formed. The scientific and methodical approach to the mechanism of estimation of multivectority of sustainable development of industrial enterprises is developed.
