The dissertation deals with the comprehensive study of measures for the prevention of offenses in the financial and economic sphere by means of administrative law. The results of the scientific analysis of the theoretical-methodological and administrative-legal principles of measures for the prevention of offenses in the financial and economic sphere by means of administrative law are presented. The concepts, special features of measures for the prevention of offenses in the financialeconomic sphere and administrative-legal principles of its implementation are determined. The legal status of subjects of the prevention of offenses in the financialeconomic sphere and administrative-legal principles of their activities are detailed. The legal analysis of the content and features of administrative and legal measures for the prevention of offenses in the financial sphere (for offenses in the budget, tax, customs, banking spheres) and administrative and legal measures for the prevention of offenses in the economic sphere (for offenses in the field of industry, building and use of fuel and energy resources; in the field of trade, public catering, services and entrepreneurship; offenses against property; offenses in agriculture) is carried out. New tendencies of the transformation of administrative and legal measures for the prevention of offenses in the financial and economic sphere are elucidated. The modern problems of measures for the prevention of offenses in the financial and economic sphere by means of administrative law and ways of their overcoming, directions of use of foreign experience for their overcoming are outlined. Proposals for amendments to the legislation to increase the effectiveness of measures for the prevention of offenses in the financial and economic sphere are substantiated.
