The dissertation is one of the first in domestic legal science complex monographic research of conceptual bases of administrative activity in the field of detection, search and management of the assets received from corruption and other crimes. It: analyzes the current state of detection, search and management of assets obtained from corruption and other crimes; detects the foreign experience of creation and functioning of the system of, characterizes a search and management of the assets received from corruption and other crimes; determines the administrative and legal status of the National Agency of Ukraine for Detection, Investigation and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes; studies the general theoretical aspects of the categories «detection», «search» and «management» of assets and their comparisons with related categories; characterizes the concept and features of administrative activity in the field of detection, search and management of the assets received from corruption and other crimes; analyzes the legal regulation of administrative activity in the field of detection, search and management of assets obtained from corruption and other crimes. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the functions of the National Agency in the field of detection and tracing of assets, its tasks and administrative and legal bases of cooperation of the Agency with law enforcement agencies
