Pudryk D. The government migration policy in the management system of the national economy

In the dissertation the research of a scientific landscape of establishment of a role and a place of the state migration policy in system of management of a national economy is deepened, conceptual bases of its realization are outlined; the directions of reforming the state migration policy in Ukraine are substantiated on the basis of formalized causal links between the level of net migration growth and the set of parameters of national economy development, coincidence / mismatch of trends of key indicators of Sustainable Development Goals and migration dynamics, its connection with globalization processes; proposals were made to reform the state migration policy on the basis of formalizing the dependences of indicators of migration processes on the levels of unemployment and per capita income, the effectiveness of public administration and the country's brand; developed a methodology for establishing the role of competitiveness of the national higher education system as a determinant of changes in migration processes; the approach to scenario forecasting of the impact of population literacy levels and their involvement in non-formal education on net migration growth has been improved; methodological tools for assessing the impact of the intensity of migration processes on the level of economic convergence of Ukraine with EU member states have been developed; developed a scientific and methodological approach to assessing the dynamic integrated index of social progress as a reflector of state migration policy; indepth methodological tools for assessing the interaction of indicators of state migration policy and the level of social progress of the country.
