Essay

The Thesis provides theoretical generalization and proposes a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to substantiate the conceptual theoretical and practical issues of determining the nature, content, main areas of implementation and ways to improve the administrative and legal support of higher legal education in Ukraine. The European experience of providing higher legal education has been summarized and the most perspective directions of its implementation in the national legal system have been determined. The ways to improve and increase the efficiency of administrative and legal support of higher legal education in Ukraine have been proposed.
