The dissertation provides complex, system and comparative research of juridical facts in administrative proceedings of Ukraine. The scientific conclusions regarding juridical facts have been analyzed. The author has researched the main directions of study by the scientists who, at different stages of their work dealt with the issues connected with the general characteristics of juridical facts, sets of facts, rules of fixation and ascertainment of material and procedural juridical facts as well as the defects of juridical facts.
