In thesis the complex and systematic research of public administration of the forest sphere is carried out. It is noted that public administration of the forest sector is a systematic activity of public administration, within the legal norms, on the administration of the forest sphere in order to reproduce, use and store forests and forest resources and the possibility of their industrial processing on a theoretical and scientific basis. It is proved that the forest branch of rights – forest law – is a system of legal norms that regulate the possession, use and disposal of forests.
