A methodological approach to the management of the enterprise`s human capital intellectualization on the basis of the evolution of the essence of the intellectualization of economic activity in the intellectual and infrastructural environment within the modern requirements for economic security of the enterprise is formed; methodological bases of formation of system of the logistic management of enterprise`s human capital intellectualization, providing application of the logistic concept at management of human capital intellectualization are developed; a conceptual approach to ensuring the intellectualization of enterprises` human capital, which takes into account certain trends, patterns and problems of development of the market of intellectual and innovative services of the state is formed; the complex mechanism of logistic management of the enterprise`s human capital intellectualization which is built on bases of consolidation of processes, preconditions and contradictions of formation of the enterprise`s intellectualized human capital is developed.
