Yevdokimenko S. Administrative and Legal Guaranteeing of Public Safety in Ukraine

The essence of ensuring public safety as a priority of the Ukrainian state is clarified; characterizes the current state of certainty of public safety and its delimitation with the legal category of public safety and order; the system and structure of public safety in Ukraine are revealed; methods of research of administrative and legal support of public safety in Ukraine are established. The general characteristic of the administrative and legal status of subjects of providing public safety in Ukraine is given; the competence and powers of the central executive bodies are clarified, as well as the legal problems of their functioning, ensuring public safety, and administration; the range of special subjects of public safety is determined and the problems of their organizational and managerial activity are established; the role and tasks of local executive bodies and self-government bodies as subjects of public safety are revealed; the characteristic of participation of public organizations and citizens in maintenance of public safety is given; the range of principles of activity of subjects of ensuring public safety is established.
