Essay

The dissertation study substantiated the theoretical and methodological principles and experimentally tested the system of training of the future heads of general secondary education institutions for the use of pedagogical management technologies. The concept and pedagogical system of training of the future heads of general secondary education institutions for the use of pedagogical management technologies has been developed. The effectiveness of the developed structural-functional model of the pedagogical system has been experimentally proven by implementing organizational and pedagogical conditions. Among them are the following: formation of sustainable motivation; comprehensive focus of the content of the educational components of the educational and professional program on the formation of the readiness of the future managers to apply pedagogical management technologies in the conditions of general secondary education institution; practical orientation of the pedagogical system of training of the future managers of general secondary education institutions; activation of independent cognitive work on pedagogical management technologies. In order to implement the author’s system, educational and methodological support has been developed for the effective organization of the classroom, independent scientific work and practical training of the future managers of general secondary education institutions based on the selection of the most optimal learning technologies. The features of the application of current learning technologies in professional education, which will ensure effective professional training of the future heads of general secondary education institutions, have been characterized. Among them are the following: case technologies, training and information and digital technologies (including multimedia, Internet technologies, cloud and remote technologies). The effectiveness of the pedagogical system of training of the future heads of general secondary education institutions for the use of pedagogical management technologies has been determined based on the results of the formative stage of the experiment, during which significant positive dynamics were obtained in the experimental group and only minor positive changes in the control group. Significant positive changes in the levels of formation of the content and operational components of the readiness of future managers have been revealed. The positive dynamics of growth in the level of formation of cooperation competences, organizational and informational competences, management-technological competences, which, in turn, ensure effective pedagogical management in a modern institution of general secondary education, have been noted. Using the methods of mathematical statistics, the reliability of the obtained results has been proved. On the basis of the completed research, scientific and practical recommendations have been developed for the effective training of the future heads of general secondary education institutions for the use of pedagogical management technologies.
