Buga G. Administrative and legal principles of ensuring security in the field of NFI activity in Ukraine

A comprehensive administrative and legal research on ensuring security in the sphere of non-banking financial institutions’ activity in Ukraine based on the analysis of a wide range of scientific sources, legislation, as well as information on the practice of the state authorities is carried out in the dissertation. Historical and legal prerequisites for establishing and developing the institute of non-banking financial institutions in Ukraine and their legislative regulation are disclosed. The situation in the field of regulation of the activities of non-banking financial institutions in the conditions of legislative reform is outlined. The doctrinal vision of the mechanism of administrative-legal regulation of the activities of non-banking financial institutions is formulated due to the peculiarities of ensuring state-legal regulation of their activities, registration and licensing, as well as control and supervision. The conceptual principles of ensuring security in the sphere of non-banking financial institutions’ activity have been outlined, administrative and legal measures to prevent violations in their activities have been developed and implemented.
