Nosach A. Criminological Provision for the Protection of State Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity of Ukraine

The author of the dissertation has for the first time comprehensively, using the modern methods of cognition, taking into account the latest achievements of legal science at the systematic level of analysis and generalization revealed the phenomenon of criminological provision for the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, has predicted the tendencies of its transformation in the conditions of the Russian Federation military aggression, and also the branched system of measures of perfection of these processes is offered; and has offered the far-reaching system of counteracting measures to this phenomenon. The author has suggested the synthetic system of factors for determining crimes against the state sovereignty and territorial integrity, which includes the following components: economic factor; political factors; legal factors; social factors; cultural and psychological factors; military factors.
