Zubko T. Trade enterprises economic security under the conditions of European integration

The dissertation analyzes and summarizes methodological vectors of enterprises economic security mechanisms formation and development research under the conditions of European integration processes of the world economy. The study determines place, role, and principles of ensuring economic security, as well as the classification of interests, risks, and threats. It singles out factors and indicators for assessing an international business entity level of economic security. The dissertation studies the basics of enterprise economic security management and proposes methodological provisions for the formation of an organizational management mechanism, within which it investigates conceptual approaches to the threats and risks assessment of the trading enterprises activity, forms a methodology for enterprise’s safe activities system assessment and proposes a methodical approach to their assessment. The analysis determines peculiarities of Ukraine’s international cooperation in the context of European integration processes and the implementation of the FTAA+. It analyses the levels of economic security of the countries of the associated trio as well as the main trade partner countries. The study determines directions for Ukraine’s national interests realization in the international sphere and considers their main characteristics, which made it possible to group the directions of their realization. The research analyses trade enterprises innovative potential, investigates enterprises innovative activity under the conditions of European integration and determines the tools of innovative and restorative development of Ukrainian trade enterprises. It develops an economic-mathematical model of trade turnover dependence of on digitalization factors. The investigation defines trade enterprises international partnership strategies, builds risks and threats monitoring system and forms a prognostic assessment of the enterprise’s economic security system effectiveness under the conditions of European integration.
