Goloborodko A. Management of integrative development of enterprises in the modern economic paradigm of digitization

In the dissertation research, the theoretical-methodological and scientific-applied basis of managing the integrative development of enterprises in the modern economic paradigm of digitalization is substantiated, the concept of managing the integrative development of enterprises is substantiated. An analysis of the key trends in the transformation of telecommunications services enterprises was carried out, and an encapsulated approach to the digitization of business processes by streams with the corresponding indicators that form a digital process-by-process management system of the enterprise's business processes was proposed. On the basis of modeling, management vectors for the integrative development of telecommunications services enterprises are proposed, and an algorithm for the formation of a management strategy for telecommunications services enterprises is developed. The expediency of using digital strategic partnership is argued. A methodological toolkit for the implementation of integrative development of enterprises in conditions of armed conflict is proposed, the main determinants of the quality assessment of the provision of electronic services are determined. It has been proven that the intellectual analysis of the enterprise's business processes is based on artificial intelligence as an effective tool for the development of the platform of integrative development of enterprises.
