Scientific novelty of the study: for the first time, the concept of training future teachers of preschool education institutions for methodical work in the conditions of a teacher training college was developed and scientifically substantiated, which includes the following concepts: methodological (systemic-holistic, competence and contextual approaches), theoretical (pedagogical conditions, content of training), technological (model and experimental technique); the historical periods and stages of formation, development, reformation and modernization of the system of methodical training of future teachers of preschool education institutions in the conditions of the pedagogical college are defined and characterized; the essence of the concepts "methodical training of future teachers of preschool education institutions", "methodical preparation of future teachers", "methodical work of a teacher of special education", "methodical system of training future teachers in the conditions of a pedagogical college" is determined; the concepts of "methodology", "methodical work", "pedagogical college" have been clarified; pedagogical conditions for the formation of methodological preparation of future teachers of preschool education institutions in the conditions of a pedagogical college are defined and substantiated: the presence of positive motivation in future educators regarding the need for professional methodological training in the process of learning in the conditions of a pedagogical college; psychological-pedagogical support of the process of methodical training of future teachers of the preschool education institution in the conditions of the pedagogical college; subject-subject position of future educators of preschool education institutions in the process of methodical training in the conditions of a pedagogical college; partnership interaction of the pedagogical college and the preschool education institution in preparing future teachers for methodical work with preschool children; developed and characterized the criteria (epistemological, creative-active, evaluative-reflective) with corresponding indicators and the level of formation of methodical training (low, satisfactory, sufficient) of future teachers of special education; a model of training future educators for methodical work in the institution was developed. The theory and methodology of professional-methodical training of future educators in the conditions of the pedagogical college gained further development.The practical significance of the research lies in the development of an experimental methodology for the methodical training of future teachers of early childhood education in the conditions of a pedagogical college, the elective course "Preparation of future teachers for methodical work in a preschool education institution", programs of pedagogical practices for professional junior bachelors of preschool education, which ensure the formation of methodological preparedness of future educators to methodical work in a preschool education institution; the content of educational disciplines has been enriched with professional methods ("Methodology for the development of speech and learning of the native language of preschool children", "Methodology for the formation of elementary mathematical concepts in preschool children", "Methodology for familiarizing children with the natural environment", "Methodology for familiarizing the social environment", "Methodology of physical education", "Methodology of organizing the visual activity of preschool children") with additional topics aimed at improving the methodological training of future teachers of preschool education institutions; a consulting center of practical assistance was created for those seeking education (future educators), educators of special education, parents of preschool children; the work of the didactic laboratory was organized, the website "Educational Hub "Albus"" was created; developed trainings, role-playing and business games; cases, tasks (brainstorming, method-press, unfinished sentences, coaching technologies, project technologies) aimed at preparing future teachers for methodical work in preschool education institutions in the conditions of a pedagogical college
