Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study and development of theoretical and methodological approaches of methodological principles and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of economic policy of the state in the conditions of global instability on the basis of their scientific substantiation. The work investigates the evolution of theoretical approaches to the disclosure of the essence of the economic policy of the state. The key aspects of the institutional environment of the formation and implementation of the economic policy of the state have been identified and theoretical conceptualization of the problems of global imbalances in the economy is carried out. The theoretical, heuristic and practical dimension of the innovative model of economic development in the global dimension was established, on the basis of which the methodology of state regulation and stimulation of development of the national economy in the conditions of globalization is developed and the directions of development of the Ukrainian economy on re-industrialization are determined. Analyse the state and trends of the development of the national economy of Ukraine, in particular the macroeconomic dimension of the state's structural policy and assessed macroeconomic factors of competitiveness of the national economy. The prospects for the formation of an investment model of economic growth in Ukraine are determined. The peculiarities of monetary policy in the conditions of deployment of global crisis processes are established. Modelling the mechanism of fiscal policy of Ukraine. The conceptual foundations of monetary policy in financial globalization are defined. The directions of improvement of the mechanism of fiscal regulation of the economy, taking into account foreign experience, are established. Substantiate macrofinancial policy in global imbalances.
