Об'єкт дослідження:the spefication of a fundamentals of typical designing of buildings and structures.Мета дослідження: the updating of the methodology of designing industrial of building systems (IBS), with which increases their varieties with reduction of the nomenclatures of building constructions of a commercial production. Методи дослідження та аппаратура: theoretical formally and dialectical logic, system approach, modelling, logic mathematical semantics Теоретичні результати і новизна: the methodology of designing IBS because of theories of a substitutability and theory of generalized modularity is obtained explicative, the private law of a varieties IBS is formulated. Практичні результати і новизна: the methodical positions are developed which ensure magnification of a varieties IBS with reduction of the nomenclatures of building industrial items.
