Peptide complex which was obtained by organic acid extraction with cations consisted of peptides connected with I class molecules of major histocompartibility complex (MHC). This peptide complex make connection between kidney cells and immunocytes. MHC peptides has own phisiological activity for the supporting of metabolic and repair process. By the kidney autoimmune pathologies peptide comlex blocked autoimmune responce to kidney tissue antigen. Kidney peptide complex and its synthetic analogues has expressive therapeutic activity by the experimental kidney immunopathologies. This findings suggest the further investigation of these substances as pharmacological agents.
